Project Analyst

The Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role will contribute to the Project development and accomplishment, in line with the milestones and the expected outcomes of the business plan, while monitoring the related implementation. He/she works closely with a variety of internal and external partners and stakeholders with high-level exposure and interaction.

Key responsibilities

Contribute to the Project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy.
Analyze project data producing insights to optimize Project performance.
Identify problems and shortfalls and proposing solutions.
Monitor and evaluate the overall Project.
Prepare, review and maintain Project documentation and reports.
Maintain Project contracts and financials.
Provide operational support, such as liaising with stakeholders, attending meetings on behalf of the Managing Director, tracking timelines.
Work closely with the owners of the different work streams of the Project and with Arsenale Central Functions.

Qualifications and Experience

Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines.
At least 4-5 years in Management Consulting firms. Experience in Transportation and Mobility is an asset.
Knowledgeable in all phases of the project life cycle.
Experience in working with public stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Ability to build a strong relationship with colleagues and external teams.
Fluent in Italian and English, any other language is an advantage.
The position is based in Rome. Frequent travels will be required within the role.
