DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

The role will support the brand’s digital marketing activities and online communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in the creation and optimization of digital campaigns (SEA and Social Media)
• Uploading, updating, and quality control of website content
• Operational management of content on third-party platforms (Seven Rooms, Tripadvisor, Google, Yext)
• Support in the creation and updating of content for email marketing campaigns
• Copywriting and proofreading of digital content
• Monitoring of Social Media channels and support in the preparation of periodic reports
• Organization and management of the company’s image library
• Data collection and support in the preparation of digital KPI reports
• Support in preparing briefs for photo and video shoots
• Monitoring competitors’ digital activities
• Operational and administrative support for digital marketing activities

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related fields
• Excellent command of Italian and fluent English (French is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEA, Social Media, Email Marketing)
• Knowledge of CMS platforms (preferably WordPress)
• Familiarity with digital platforms such as OTAs, Tripadvisor, or similar
• Good command of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of graphic tools (Canva, Adobe)
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
• Interest in photography, video, and visual content
• Precision, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a team
