CHIEF OF STAFF INTERN – GROUP OPERATIONS & TRANSFORMATION

What We Are Looking For:

You will work directly alongside the Chief Operating & Transformation Officer, one of the most cross-functional roles in the Group, with oversight on M&A, HR, IT, PMO, Business Development, and Planning & Control. You will be in the room when decisions are made. You will see how a complex, fast-growing group operates from the inside.

Key Activities:

  • Manage the COTO’s agenda, priorities, and time — protecting focus and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and meeting notes for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate across functions (HR, M&A, IT, PMO, Business Development) to track project status and follow up on open items
  • Filter and manage inbound communications and meeting requests, acting as a trusted interface
  • Support the COTO during travel: logistics, on-site coordination, note-taking, follow-upsInteract with senior executives, advisors, and external partners on behalf of the COTO

Qualifications:
