Who We’re Looking For:
Reporting to the Brand Manager, as a Brand Coordinator you will be responsible for managing brand communication to ensure consistent identity and messaging, coordinating the production of marketing materials with creative agencies and overseeing photoshoots and visual content.
Additionally, you will create compelling visual storytelling to strengthen brand visibility, monitor and report on activities, and collaborate cross-functionally to align brand initiatives with business objectives.
Key Activities:
- Brand Communication: Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging Arsenale materials; Oversee marketing and collateral production with creative agencies.
- Content Creation: Manage photoshoots and image library.
- Storytelling: Create compelling visual narratives to promote the brand and enhance visibility across international, national, and local markets.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Produce reports on branding and content creation activities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with digital, social media, marketing, sales, and partnerships teams to align brand initiatives with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing.
- 3+ years of experience in Branding, Marketing or Communication role, ideally in a brand-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian (additional languages as French are a plus).
- Proven experience in brand management.
- Ability to prioritize, organize work assignments and follow-up.
- Execute a multitude of tasks in a timely basis.
- Creative talent and team player.
- Confident and dynamic personality.
- Ability to think strategically while being detail-oriented and hands-on.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Marketing and Editing tools.
- Knowledge of Indesign and Photoshop is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, covering evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
