JUNIOR CONTROLLER

What We’re Looking For
The Junior Controller supports the Group’s financial reporting processes by ensuring data collection and validation from Group companies, providing operational support for consolidation, preparing periodic reports, and assisting in financial planning and monitoring activities for both internal and external stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the consolidation of Group financial data by collecting, validating, and reconciling information from different companies, ensuring data completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
- Prepare periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual), statements, and comparative tables, extracting and analyzing data from management systems (ERP, Business Central) and using advanced Excel functions.
- Collaborate in financial planning activities, including budget data collection, consolidation of financial projections, and analysis of budget vs. actual variances.
- Monitor financial parameters and bank covenants, supporting the preparation of statements and supporting documentation, updating historical files, and running simulations for alternative scenarios.
- Manage operational and administrative activities, including the preparation of data rooms, support for due diligence processes, contribution to period-end closings, and participation in the implementation of new internal processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in Management Control, Transaction Services (Big4), Audit, or Administration.
- Experience in financial data collection and analysis.
- Basic knowledge of consolidation processes (preferred).
Technical Skills
- National accounting principles (basic/intermediate).
- Basic knowledge of international accounting principles.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis, charts).
- ERP systems (Business Central, SAP, Oracle) – basic/intermediate level.
- Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) – basic knowledge.
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements.
- Fluent English.
