Human Resources Business Partner

Job Purpose

Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Arsenale Express and in dotted line to the Group Head of HR and Organisation, the role will work with teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the Arsenale Express.

Key responsibilities

Partner with Senior Leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the growth of the organization and the business.
Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of the company on HR issues.
Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
Participate in development of Group HR programs, in recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and learning & development domains.
In conjunction with Group HR, champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
Develop strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Manage all core HR processes (e.g onboarding, performance calibration, compensation cycle, talent review).
Create and analyse various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to client groups.
Partner with HR Hospitality Team of Arsenale Express to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance.

Qualifications and Experience

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Social Science, Psychology or related disciplines.
At least 6-7 years in HR Dept of multinational organisations, with 2-3 years in the role.
Strong knowledge of all core employee life cycle processes and tools.
Experience in massive talent acquisition is an advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Ability to build a strong relationship with colleagues and external teams.
Fluent in Italian and English, any other language is an advantage.
The position is based in Rome. Frequent travels will be required within the role.
