BRAND MARKETING MANAGER

Who We’re Looking For

Reporting directly to the CMO, as a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the brand image of Arsenale and its luxury products/services and drive customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, effectiveness across all channels, and alignment with company values. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury hospitality, strong marketing skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury market, consumer behaviours, and trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives and target audiences.
  • Marketing & Communication: Lead integrated campaigns across digital, print, social, and events, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  • Partnerships: Build and manage collaborations with luxury brands and influencers to enhance visibility and brand equity.
  • Visual Identity: Oversee brand and visual identity across all touchpoints, maintaining high design and creative standards.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, analyze market data, and provide insights to optimize brand initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate brand teams and work cross-functionally to align marketing, product, and operational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in brand management, preferably within major agencies that manage international and/or luxury hospitality brands, is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of luxury consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and trends.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management tools.
