JUNIOR ANALYST

What We’re Looking For
The Junior Analyst – M&A & Financing supports the team in extraordinary finance activities, M&A transactions, investor and lender relations, and the development of new business opportunities. The role involves preparing presentation materials, managing data rooms, supporting due diligence processes, and coordinating interactions with external advisors, banks, and institutional investors.
Duties and Responsibilities
- M&A Transactions and Due Diligence: Manage data rooms, coordinate with investors and advisors, prepare materials, and produce reports on extraordinary transactions.
- Financing and Banking Relations: Support the structuring and negotiation of financing deals, coordinate with banks and financial institutions, and monitor market conditions and banking relationships.
- Investor Relations and Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for investors, update investor materials, and support valuation analyses and exit scenarios.
- Business Development and Strategic Analysis: Analyze investment opportunities and projects, perform competitive benchmarking, and support partnerships and international expansion initiatives.
- Advisor and Consultant Coordination: Manage relationships with legal, tax, and financial advisors, monitor activities, and assist in contract negotiations.
- Extraordinary Projects: Support corporate reorganizations, special transactions, and cross-border projects with institutional entities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in M&A Advisory, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or Transaction Services.
- Direct experience in M&A transactions or structured financing.
- Familiarity with due diligence processes and data room management.
Technical Skills
- Financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A valuation).
- Advanced Excel (complex financial models, sensitivity and scenario analysis).
- Knowledge of business valuation and asset valuation principles.
- Understanding of term sheets, financing agreements, and M&A documentation.
- Fluent English.
